Welcome to the Art League Fort Bend, we are so happy that you have joined us!

Our 4th Monday monthly meetings are hybrid – both online and in person. Social begins at 9:45 AM, Meeting begins at 10:00 AM. You should receive notice containing a Zoom link for the meeting via email from our Constant Contact account. You are also able to attend the meeting in person at the Fort Bend Art Center:  2012 Avenue G, Rosenberg, Texas 77471.

We encourage you to come by the Art Center and visit with other artists or work on projects you may have.  The classroom is available for all members to use every Tuesday and Friday 10 am to 5 pm and there are often studio artists available to share ideas with.

The Art League of Fort Bend welcomes you. ALFB was established in 1957 and is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, run by volunteers, whose mission is to encourage artistic development and to cultivate an appreciation for the arts through education, exhibitions and community outreach.

What you get for your membership fee:

  • Monthly Meetings for fellowship and league business, many including demonstration of an art technique, these are back to in person with some availability on Zoom
  • Workshops by artists lasting 4 hours to 4 days, with discounts for members
  • An individual web page (you provide photos of your work, contact information and a short biography)
  • Participate in a Lone Star Art Guild (LSAG) qualifying show, we host two a year. Visit their website for more information. Your membership data is entered into the online database for the Lone Star Art Guild. You can login to that account using this email address as your user name and your house numbers as the password.
  • Space on the for any current member in our Community Partner displays, we send email announcement about these through our Constant Contact account
  • Advertising and Events designed to draw the public in to view your art
  • The fellowship of other artists in a wide variety of media
