Nesting Perspectives is a 16×20 acrylic artwork that began as leftover paint drips from another painting and evolved into a tree with a heart at its base. A large hidden bird shape seems to nest in the tree incubating the concept of love tree seedling artworks during our stay at home period during the 2020 pandemic. The glasses shape is a reminder that we all see differently based on our personal perspective.
A tree grows between a rocky outcrop an a pile of rocks next to a body of water. One dark cloud hangs over the tree in a blue sky and bright sunny day below. Shadows form interesting silhouettes and shapes and textures in the foreground. The tree forms a sort of bridge between the rocks on one side and rocky outcropping on the other. The artwork is framed with a black Illusions floater frame.
