For large workshops, a variety of options are available for participation at the Fort Bend Art Center:
Wait List: A participant may add their name to a wait list prior to the opening of registration. Following the opening of registration, it is advisable to make payment in order to reserve your place in any workshop.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your place in all workshops. The balance is due 45 days prior to the workshop date.
Secured Reservation: A reservation is NOT secured without full payment, which may be made at any time. Full payment is required no later than 45 days prior to the workshop in order to secure a seat at the workshop. Reservations not paid in full by 45 days prior to the workshop will be canceled and the wait list will be utilized for class participation The Participant will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellation: Participants who must cancel will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel between 60 and 90 days before the workshop, you will be able to transfer your tuition to another workshop or receive a refund, less the $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel 0 to 59 days before the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but may apply tuition to another workshop.
Instructor Cancellation: If the Art League of Fort Bend must cancel the workshop because the instructor cancels, every attempt will be made to reschedule with the same instructor for a substitute date. If this is not possible, a participant may receive a refund or transfer their registration fee to another workshop at the Fort Bend Art Center.
Weather Cancellation: Cancellations due to weather; sorry, no refund.
