Division I - Accomplished: Artists who are considered leaders, teachers, or judges in their field. They are typically awarded winners and have a strong understanding of art theory and principles.

Division II - Established: Artists who have a proven track record, actively promote their art, and have a well-established history of their work. They have the technical skills to teach others and are consistently successful.

Division III - Emerging: Artists who are typically in the early stages of their career (3-7 years) and are developing their artistic style. They are more confident in their abilities than in their Novice years.

Division IV - Novice: Artists who have created art for less than three years through self-study or under the direction of a teacher.
